We are half way through 2009, with the summer almost behind us and the kids and their parents are getting ready for another school year. It was a great last couple months for Edmonton and area real estate. Prices have stabilized , the inventory has decreased to the levels close to December and January numbers ( historically slow months ) and we are all eager to see how the market will proceed in the few next months. >>> read more
