43 condos have sold through the MLS® System in Oliver and Downtown in February of 2010, that is 16% more than last month and 12% more than in February of 2009, ranging in price from 161,000 to 470,000.  The price per square foot was down by 2,75 percent and 9.5 % higher compared to February of last year. The average sold price was 271,554 / 283 per sq.foot and list price 281,832 / 293. The inventory was up from 208 condos to 257, with 219 condos available under 500K. Current days on market have decreased to 43 from 63 days and sold to list price ratio stands at 96%, same as last month.
