Since January of 2011, 17 houses have sold on MLS® in the Glenwood community, ranging in selling price from $199,000 to $1,350,000. The average selling price for these Edmonton homes was $326,235 and 298 per square foot and list price $335,522 and 307 per square foot. It took on average 36 days for these houses to sell ranging from 113 to 7 while sold-to-list price ratio was 97 percent, 100% to 92%.
