Since January of 2011, 27 houses have sold on MLS® in the La Perle community, ranging in selling price from $262,100 to $483,000. The average selling price for these west Edmonton homes was $347,588 and 247 per square foot and list price $359,216 and 255 per square foot. It took on average 41 days for these houses to sell ranging from 121 to 9 while sold-to-list price ratio was 96 percent, 101% to 93%.
