Since January of 2011, 33 single detached homes have sold on MLS® in the Lymburn community, ranging in selling price from $245,000 to $400,000. The average selling price for these west Edmonton homes was $322,880 and 286 per square foot and list price $400,000 and 295 per square foot. It took on average 42 days for these houses to sell ranging from 116 to 7 while sold-to-list price ratio was 96 percent, 101% to 92%.
