Macewan Housing Market Sales Report
Since January of 2011, 44 single detached homes have sold on MLS® in the Macewan community, ranging in selling price from $330,000 to $530,000. The average selling price for these south west Edmonton homes was $403,334 and 247 per square foot and list price $413,254 and 253 per square foot. It took on average 38 days for these houses to sell ranging from 162 to 4 while sold-to-list price ratio was 97 percent, 101% to 93%.
