Oleskiw Housing Market Sales Report
Since January of 2011, 15 single detached homes have sold on MLS® in the Oleskiw community, ranging in selling price from $415,000 to $3,000,000 luxury home on Woodward Crescent. The average selling price for these south west Edmonton homes was $807,300 and 296 per square foot and list price $887,432 and 321 per square foot. It took on average 59 days for these houses to sell ranging from 157 to 8 while sold-to-list price ratio was 94 percent, 101% to 79%.
