Ormsby Place Housing Market Sales Report

Since January of 2011, 30 single detached homes have sold on MLS® in the Ormsby place community, ranging in selling price from $286,250 to $569,000. The average selling price for these west Edmonton homes was $402,095 and 240 per square foot and list price $413,649 and 247 per square foot. It took on average 46 days for these houses to sell ranging from 137 to 5 while sold-to-list price ratio was 97 percent, 100% to 93%.
