Since January of 2011, 34 single detached homes have sold on MLS® in the Parkview community, ranging in selling price from $255,000 to $1,800,000. The average selling price for these homes was $585,754 and 366 per square foot and list price $606,208 and 377 per square foot. It took on average 43 days for these houses to sell ranging from 191 to 4 while sold-to-list price ratio was 97 percent, 102% to 92%.
