Since January of 2011, 20 single detached homes have sold on MLS® in the Pleasantview community, ranging in selling price from $280,000 to $557,000. The average selling price for these homes was $395,900 and 330 per square foot and list price $411,005 and 343 per square foot. It took on average 35 days for these houses to sell ranging from 148 to 1 while sold-to-list price ratio was 96 percent, 100% to 90%.
