Sherwood Housing Market Sales Report

Since January of 2011, 12 single detached homes have sold on MLS® in the Sherwood community, ranging in selling price from $245,000 to $375,000. The average selling price for these homes was $281,741 and 343 per square foot and list price $294,108 and 358 per square foot. It took on average 49 days for these houses to sell ranging from 136 to 12 while sold-to-list price ratio was 95 percent, 100% to 91%.
