Twin Brooks Housing Market Sales Report

Since January of 2011, 51 single detached homes have sold on MLS® in the Twin Brooks community, ranging in selling price from $320,000 to $720,000. The average selling price for these homes was $480,762 and 267 per square foot and list price $498,459 and 276 per square foot. It took on average 48 days for these houses to sell ranging from 102 to 89 while sold-to-list price ratio was 96 percent, 102% to 89%.
