Lewis Estates Housing Market Sales Report (Edmonton)

Since January of 2011, 87 single detached homes have sold on MLS® in the Lewis Estates community, ranging in selling price from $313,000 to $745,000. The average selling price for these homes was $405,156 and 259 per square foot and list price $415,030 and 265 per square foot. It took on average 47 days for these houses to sell ranging from 221 to 2 while sold-to-list price ratio was 97 percent, 100% to 94%.
