Since January of 2011, 15 single detached homes have sold on MLS® in the Blue Quill community, ranging in selling price from $375,000 to $515,000. The average selling price for these homes was $429,516 and 216 per square foot and list price $445,583 and 224 per square foot. It took on average 34 days for these houses to sell ranging from 65 to 7 while sold-to-list price ratio was 96 percent, 99% to 90%.
