Since January of 2011, 17 single detached homes have sold on MLS® in the Bannerman community, ranging in selling price from $218,000 to $356,900. The average selling price for these homes was $290,223 and 251 per square foot and list price $301,897 and 262 per square foot. It took on average 43 days for these houses to sell ranging from 147 to 10 while sold-to-list price ratio was 96 percent, 103% to 78%.
