Even though, newer high rise and low rise buildings carry warranties, it may take sometimes a long time before you can get the builder to fix any deficiencies. Monday, October 5, 2009 - Edmonton Real Estate Market Update

Edmonton real estate market has been strong in September, a slight improvement from August. The average price for a single detached homes was 371,947 and condos 245,546, both 1.4 higher than in August. 2,564 homes were listed resulting in a 66% sales-to-listing ratio as compared to September 2008 with over 3,100 listings and a 55% sold-to-list ratio.
