Flat line for Edmonton real estate market? The average price for single detached home in January was 367,747, half a percent lower than in December of 2009, while condos were selling for 239,006, 2 percent lower than last month. Total sales were down by 6.8% to 884 properties sold through the MLS® SYSTEM while new listings have doubled.
