Edmonton and area real estate remains stable in September. Despite a high inventory and lower number of sales, housing prices in Edmonton did not go down as some anticipated. Downtown & Oliver number of sales down yet, prices remain stable! 40 condos have sold through the MLS® System in Oliver and Downtown in September of 2010, that is 25% less than last month and 36% less than in September of 2009.
