Ramsay Heights neighbourhood is located in the south west Edmonton in the Riverbend area, between 40 and 51 avenue, and Terwillegar Drive, Whitemud Drive and River Valley. Surrounding neighbourhoods are Rhatigan Ridge, Bulyea Heights, Brookside and Brander Gardens.
