Cumberland is a newer neighbourhood located in the north west part of Edmonton, between Cumberland Road and 153 avenue, 127 and 142 street.  Cumberland consists of Skyview Village, Skyview Terrace, Skyview Heights, Signature Point, and Signature Park.  It is a beautifull modern neigbourhood with a man made lake and surrounding walkways.
