Ritchie Neighbourhood is located between Whyte Avenue, 72 Avenue and Mill Creek Ravine, 100, 101, and 102 Street. The area’s name came from a former mayor of the City of Strathcona, who was also the first owner of the Ritchie Mill. Of this latter group, there are duplexes, townhouses and some low rise apartments. Just more than half the homes are owner-occupied.
