Strathcona neighbourhood is located in the south central part of the city, south of the North Saskatchewan River and north of Whyte avenue, between Mill Creek Ravine situated on the east and 106 street to the west. The strathcona neighbourhood is part of the Old Strathcona which was once a separate city, achieving city status in 1907.
Strathcona Real Estate: Most of the single detached homes were built between 1910’s and 1950’s with some homes redeveloped in the last few years.
