Edmonton Canossa is located in the far north west part of the city, between 112 and 119 street, and 167 and 176 avenue. This is a fairly young neighbourhood, where the first homes were constructed in 1992 and majority of development occured in early 2000.

Real Estate:  Majority of Canossa’s residences are single detached 2 storey houses with some bilevels, bungalows, and 2 and 4 level splits.  There are also a fair number townhomes in the area with some duplexes.
