Oliver neighbourhood is located to the west of Downtown Edmonton, Alberta, south of 104 avenue and north of the River Valley with Grandin overlooking Royal Glenora Club and Victoria Park.  It is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Edmonton. 

Real Estate: Most of Oliver’s redevelopment started in 1960’s where  high rise and low rise apartments/condos were built as the demand for residential housing was on the rise.  There is a small number of townhouses and single detached houses in the neighbourhood, with some homes and even first floor condos converted to small offices and business.

Amenities: General Hospital, Oliver Square shopping centre, Oliver Park which includes Oliver Swimming Pool and Arena, Kitchener Park.  Most of the restaurants, coffee shops, small business and services are located along Jasper and 104 avenue, streching from 109 towards 124 street.

Education: Elementary and Junior High at Oliver School also know for all girls program.  Post secondary includes NorQuest Collage, Grant MacEwan College, Alberta College, Concordia College, University of Alberta, Northern Lakes College, Metro Community College, Mount Royal College, CDI, Reeves College.

Transportation: Buses, LRT at Grandin Station, taxis
